$500/year membership fee: This covers unlimited placements for your business and ensures you have access to our global pool of top talent. It also includes forever replacements, so if a hire doesn't work out, we’ll find a replacement at no extra cost.

$329/month per candidate: Once an employee is onboarded, you’ll pay a small monthly fee of $329 per candidate. This fee covers the salary of the talent and the ongoing support services we provide to ensure their success and integration into your team.

With no upfront costs and a straightforward payment model, we make it easy to scale your team with the best offshore talent at 70% of the cost compared to traditional hiring.
