This applies whether the candidate leaves, you decide to part ways, or the fit was wrong from day one. We would rather find you the right person than argue about who was at fault.

If it does not work out within 60 days of their start date, we help you find a replacement at no additional placement fee. After that, replacements stay free for as long as you keep the $149/month plan for that hire. No paperwork, no negotiation.
Yes — cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then is not renewed, so there is no further charge, and browsing stays free after that. The optional $149/month plan for a hire cancels anytime too. Fixed-term plans agreed in an order form follow the notice period set out in our Terms.
No. The $1,999 is flat no matter what the salary is, and we never take an ongoing percentage. You own the relationship with your hire.

Nothing you have to pay for. The $149/month per hire plan is optional and cancels anytime: it keeps payroll running through Plane, and replacements stay free for as long as you keep it. Without it, you can keep your own Plane account or run payroll yourself.
Your hire’s contract and offer letter come from a locally compliant template, sent for e-signature inside Pavago. Payroll runs through our partner Plane (plane.com), which pays contractors in 240+ countries. You pay your hire directly from your own Plane account, so Pavago never touches the money. Using Plane costs you nothing for the first 60 days (Pavago covers it), and after that an optional $149/mo per hire keeps it running, cancel anytime. The Plane account stays yours even if you leave Pavago, and you can always run payroll yourself instead.
